We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration and Executive Assistant to provide executive support to senior management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong sense of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate executives’ schedules, appointments, and meetings
– Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
– Handle and prioritize incoming communications (emails, phone calls, etc.)
– Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
– Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of the office environment
– Assist with special projects and tasks as needed by executives
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.)
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive mindset
