The Annual iCON Family Leadership Conference (iFLC) – 2025

Purpose

To empower families as agents of change and position iCON as a leading brand in transformational family leadership through:

• Advocacy and capacity building

• Stakeholder collaboration

• Fundraising and visibility for iCON programs

Key Objectives

1. Position iCON as Uganda’s premier family leadership development brand.

2. Promote knowledge-sharing and entrepreneurial leadership skills aligned with national family policies.

3. Build partnerships with universities, private sector, cultural and faith-based organizations, and government.

4. Facilitate intergenerational dialogue on family challenges and solutions.

5. Raise funds for iCON’s Leadership Academies and Family Support Program (FSP).

• Strong family leadership is essential for social cohesion and economic progress.

• Aligns with National Family Policy (2015) and National Parenting Guidelines (2018).
