Family Support Program

Family Support Program (FSP)

The FSP provides a safety net for families in distress whose circumstances threaten a child’s education or family wellbeing. It works hand-in-hand with the Leadership Academies to ensure no child or family is left behind.

FSP includes three support streams:

  1. Educational Sponsorship Fund – Tuition and school-related support for children and youth aged 6–21.
  2. Family Crisis Response Fund – Emergency support for food, medical care, shelter, or psychosocial needs.
  3. Leadership Academies Fund – Scholarships for outstanding iCON Fellows who are unable to complete their Academy due to financial hardship.

FSP beneficiaries are nominated by trusted individuals and verified through a participatory community process. Maximum support lasts three years, subject to annual review.

Together, the iCON Leadership Academies and the Family Support Program form a comprehensive ecosystem for building transformational, mindset-driven leaders who begin their leadership journey within their families and expand their influence across schools, institutions, and communities.

Join together for charity

We do not chase positional leadership. Instead, we nurture behavioral and mindset leadership—building citizens who lead with purpose, integrity, and responsibility from where they stand.
