Target Audience: Children aged 6 to 18 (in and out of school)
The iCLA nurtures early leadership by helping children discover their unique strengths and responsibilities within their families and communities.
At the heart of iCLA are child-led Girls2Leadership and Boys2Leadership Star Clubs that facilitate:
- Leadership and Life Skills Development – Interactive learning in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
- Practical Community and Family Service Activities – Hands-on engagement in causes children care about.
- Periodic Intergenerational Family Leadership Dialogues (FLDs) – Children co-lead respectful, cross-generational conversations around family values, roles, and collective wellbeing.
The iCLA builds confidence, empathy, and a sense of civic responsibility in children—positioning them as influential members of society today.
