iCON Leadership Academy
Target Audience: Professionals and formal sector teams (teachers, health workers, public servants, business entrepreneurs, policy makers, civil society actors, etc.)
The iLA is a 6 to 12-month modular academy that supports individuals and leadership teams to reflect on their leadership identity, beginning at the family level. Participants build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and purpose-driven leadership skills. They also explore how their behavior and mindset influence leadership in schools, workplaces, and public service roles.
Our main goals
We work primarily with school communities, organizational teams, and grassroots networks to build changemakers who embody the spirit of transformational citizenship.
