iWYPLA empowers adolescent girls, young women, and youth to overcome adversity and lead with confidence and conviction. It emphasizes a shift from dependency to agency, and integrates peer support, intergenerational mentorship, and entrepreneurial training. The Academy celebrates self-determination and builds pathways for sustainable impact in families, communities, and across sectors.

We work primarily with school communities, organizational teams, and grassroots networks to build changemakers who embody the spirit of transformational citizenship.
